This might be the first review you guys have seen from me in a long post, but I want you to know this is super exciting for me. I thought I would post about something that’s captivated me since I tried it on. It’s no secret that I am a major fan of Victoria’s Secret. From PINK to the designer Victoria’s Secret items, I am a fan.

While I have been discovering which bras are best for me, I have also been playing soccer pretty seriously through that. Meaning, I have to have an entire sports bra collection as well for my days on the field. I am used to the standard Under Armor, Adidas and Nike options, but I wanted something more girly and shape friendly. I’ve always had a resentment towards sports bras because of how tight they are, and how they smush you into a “uniboob” shape. It’s hard enough discovering your body and how to love it without an unflattering profile helping your demons along.

That being said, Victoria’s Secret released the VSX sports bra, and it is perfection. I picked up their hot pink version for their sports launch, and quickly made my way to the fitting room to try her on. It was pricier than my average sports bra, so I had that in mind since Mom would be buying it. I was so surprised to see VS come out with something sporty that I hyperfixated on needing to have one for my collection. Mostly my hope was it would be less miserable to wear, and it would give me a feminine shape without being unsupportive.

It fit me perfectly, and we checked out with it. I never worry that the underwire might poke me, and as a goalkeeper let me tell you that’s a serious concern I was having given how much I dive. The wire is very protected, I could barely even find it honestly. I wear this as an everyday bra when I want, to bed as I please, and obviously for sport too. This piece is equal parts supportive, cute and comfortable.

I really love this bra, and I highly recommend it as they released more styles and colors. I totally understand hot pink isn’t for everyone. If you are a sports bra hater like me let me know if you’ve tried this one and how you like it. So long to the days of uni-boobs and uncomfortable workouts.
