Pictured above is my half finished Iced Coffee with Caramel in front of my apartment building. I have been getting these with Rey since 2017 when we first moved into our first apartment together. The McDonalds Iced Coffee is by far one of the best iced coffees, but I’d classify Philz Coffees Ecstatic (always sweet & creamy) as an iced coffee and that would top this McCafe one for me personally.
