We recently had Rey’s little sister Sena over for a couple of days and man oh man did I spend a lot of money. On our first stop we went by the Feed Store for cat food, horse supplies and animal toys of various kinds. Capone got a new lunge line in blue of course, a new pound of treats, and a new bottle of fly spray. Since the move to the new barn Capone has been struggling with a lot of bug bites, mosquitoes, other general pests so we’ve been burning through flyspray. (We’re so excited for Winter) I think I’ll have to invest in a lunge adapter to efficiently be able to change directions, but so far so good. Another thing I ordered while Sena was around was from a company called Heated Horse. They recently promoted their new bow & pearl scrunchies that haven’t launched yet in four really pretty equine themed prints. It was only $7 with shipping and totally worth it!! In terms of horse related items that’s about all that I got while she was here.
On the other hand I did pick up a decent amount of make up, skincare, home decor and other new launch items in the beauty world. I got a new Lime Crime eyebrow color, a Lime Crime Diamond Crusher in Pink Pearl, a new Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist, a mini Tatcha Silk Canvas to try against the Elf Poreless Putty which I got at Target. Instead of buying a $26 eyeliner at Sephora, I tend to prefer spending $2 at Target on the Elf eyeliner felt tip pen. At the mall I picked up two new rose gold edition Morphe make up brushes as well as a new lip scrub from the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker collection in Lemon Sucker, and the all new and absolutely amazing Starberry setting spray collaboration with Morphe.
I grabbed a new wall piece because it’s a professionally done version of a painting I made 5 years ago. It fits in perfectly with my room art, and I can’t wait to hang it in my home later in life. It serves as a reminder to me for where I’m headed with life, like making enough money to afford a pair of Louboutin’s. The picture only set me back $16, and I apologize for my reflection in the photo. I also grabbed an adorable Kate Spade lamp in a pretty blush pink to replace the stick desk lamp we have currently. It has a cute retro feel shade wise, brass hardware and unfortunately it’s missing its on/off turn switch so we make do with plugging and unplugging it.
Prior to Sena arriving, I picked up the Colourpop Mar eyeshadow palette, a black and white cat fan, a blue clicker to train Turbo, and a fun butterfly toy Turbo destroyed in an hour of owning it.
That was a comprehensive list of everything I bought for this haul.
