Victoria’s Secret Quarantine Haul & Review || 2020

With quarantine still in full effect for Coronavirus aka COVID-19, I have been sadly window shopping online instead of in person. I started with reptile items, cat items, horse items, household needs, personal needs, bills etc and I decided to start a little splurge because life is kicking my butt. One of my go to’s and needs is for new bras, mine recently have seen better days and I need to replace them.

While looking, I came across this babydoll set in a beautiful fuchsia color, also known as Campari on the Victoria’s Secret website, unfortunately for me they only had it in a medium, which might be a size too big. To confirm sizing, I ordered a small in Black. The size range goes from XS-XL. It also comes in Dusk Pink, a beautiful baby pink and Coconut White, a bright whiteThe set is made out of polyester, and for proper care and upkeep it should be hand washed. This babydoll features Chantilly lace, smooth satin, and has a plunge front. Originally priced at $59.50, I snagged it for $30 on sale. I’ve always been a fan of the Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy collection, so I’m excited to have more pieces from it.

While window shopping for the babydoll set, I came across this stunning dragon embroidered unlined bra in the Luxe Lingerie collection. Knowing how important dragons are in my life,  I had to have it and then I found out it came in both Black and Ensign (Navy Blue) and I had to have both. Originally priced at $99.50, I grabbed two at $19.99 each, which is such a steal if they fit the way I hope they do. It runs from XS-XL, and I got two smalls. The bra is made out of 95% polyester, 5% elastane, features a plunge neckline, side hook closures, wireless unlined cups and the intricate dragon on the back. My plan is to wear that with the Fabletics “Lacey” open back top to sport the dragon out the back. If I find that I like the dragon bras enough, I’ll think about getting the bodysuit  as well.

Ugh, I’m so excited for this piece I can hardly contain myself!! Since I was a sophomore in high school I have been a huge fan of For Love & Lemons. My friends wore their various two pieces, dresses and lingerie at school and various school functions and I fell in love with their style and lace. When I found out they were doing a collaboration with Victoria’s Secret my heart and soul just about exploded, I could finally own a piece from them without paying an arm and a leg for it. On the actual For Love site the Rosebud Garter is completely sold out and there’s a wait list for the next restock. I was so happy to snag this piece before it was gone forever or until the potential restock. Originally priced at $49, I bought mine for $34.30. The sizes range from XXS-M and potentially run a little small, without knowing that I bought a small so I hope it fits okay. The garter is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, unlike the other pieces I bought, it is machine washable. It has three buttons for a front close, has tulle trim and feminine flowers covering the body. Best paired with the matching Rosebud thong (sold out in a medium sadly), Rosebud Bra or Rosebud Bustier.

While I was very back and forth on spending a pretty penny on lingerie, I decided life was too short,  and quarantine is too boring to not wear pretty things so  I shelled out $115 on four pieces with free shipping. I literally cannot wait until Wednesday, stay posted for photos.
