Sport Horse Essentials || 2021

Ages ago when I was working at Webb I started trying different products on horses in the herd. I was really concerned with Caz’s poopy butt as I called it and needed a product to help him out in every way possible. I found the Sport Horse Essentials Waterless Shampoo & Stain Remover and fell in love with it from the first use. Before it arrived the girls on the eventing team recommended it saying “its a godsend in Winter”, but I remained skeptical even with the various ads showing how effective it was. A 16oz bottle is currently priced at $23 and is worth every penny.

At this point I only have Capone to worry about, and the only white he has is on all legs and on his face. My bottles tend to last forever and man do they smell fantastic. I’m especially partial to the coconut oil in it, its just the right amount of sweetness for a coat spray. If you have a small tack room don’t worry about odd smells, this will make it smell lovely in there. Because I rave about the Waterless Shampoo so much the SHE team has kindly reposted Capone and I many times on their page.

After falling in love with that, I discovered the Hoof Oil and man is it phenomenal. I will never use any other hoof oil probably ever. I would probably have to make one myself to switch over from it. Its highly recommended after a farrier visit, and it makes freshly trimmed hooves look brand new. Its great for moisturizing dry hooves and doesn’t smell bad in any way. I started using it back when we were combatting Capone’s thrush and it worked like a charm. They guarantee that it will kill thrush, and I believe them after witnessing it myself. They currently price it at $40 for the 32oz, and $28 for the 16oz.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of their Coat Spray, but I recommend reading this to pick the one for you. Enjoy their products if you can get your hands on them, you won’t regret it.
