Back in September of 2020, PS of Sweden released their Scarlet collection for the Fall Winter collection. It’s a vibrant red pink, scarlet, as the name suggests paired with a consistent grey called Anthracite, another collection from PS of Sweden. Pictured below is both jump and dressage cut pads with the bonnet and polos on display.

The pads were priced at their normal retail rate, $85. The bonnet is $49, and the polos as well. Given I am not an avid polo user, I would actually only use just the pad & bonnet, which would cost me somewhere around $135. However, time has passed since the release so I was able to secure my set for $160 with shipping. Given that this collection is somewhat of a unicorn, I am happy I was able to secure it for that.

Knowing those pieces are secured and on their way to me, I have been drooling and eyeing other piece of the set to make my world complete.

Pictured below is the Vicky baselayer in Scarlet. I have been eyeing a size medium across all platforms, but I haven’t found one at a reasonable price. Most retailers are in England or Australia and are charging the price of the pad for the shirt. Seeing as I’m not made entirely of cash, I have to wait on finding a top.

Despite knowing that the shirt is as expensive as it was I know I have to eventually complete the look with the Mila jacket, their Angel belt, and the complimentary Anthracite breeches. The breeches are priced at $179 and match the trim perfectly!! The belt is the typical elastic stretchy belt, priced at $55. The Mila jacket is the same vibrant Scarlet color on a puffer jacket. The jacket is listed at $225 originally, but seems to be on sale on certain colors. It’s priced at $180 currently and I can’t stop drooling over this pairing, pictured below.

The pad and bonnet have yet to arrive, but I can’t wait to get my hands on them to show you how stunning this color is. It reminds me so much of the pink of a Hibiscus flowers often found in Hawaii. While I have never been, the potential of a trip out west to the islands has me hyper fixated so I grabbed this pad in the trips honor. 🌺
