Right after I secure my Scarlet set from PS of Sweden, Equestrian Stockholm goes and releases a dupe!!
Cue my screaming and stomping like a child. While I was frustrated at first, I have come to the conclusion it’s okay and it might even be a great opportunity to expand the Scarlet collection.

While I wish I hadn’t just acquired the set if they were going to release Wild Rose, I’m happy my pink grey pad has a motto on the spine of the pad as a pre ride reminder. Mine says “Standing Ovations” to remind myself to strive for a stadium full of proud spectators.

I didn’t think there could be a closer match to a luxury pad. However, these two companies do a great job matching each other. While that is an entire series by itself, I wanted to share the photo above. It is the new Equestrian Stockholm pad and the PS of Sweden polos. They are so close you could swap items in each collection and no one would know!!
For that reason I think I will be snagging a base layer to match my pad so I can have the ultimate matchy matchy set for horse and rider.

I’m not usually one to copy and paste from an online resource, but Equestrian Stockholm worded their explanation of their partnership for this collection and I had to share. It’s an important cause for me, and I believe it deserves to be shared.
“Equestrian Stockholm and We Ride Together…
We Ride Together is a non-profit organization created early in 2021 to shine a light on the endemic issue of sexual abuse in youth sports, starting with equestrian sport and then broadening to every sport. Its mission is to make the youth and amateur sports environment safer for all athletes…
Together with Sophie Jahn as an ambassador, Equestrian Stockholm wants to be involved and make a difference in connection with the We Ride Together organization, starting with donating 5% of the profit from the two collections Wild Rose and Stone Blue.”

While I would love to buy the whole set to help support other women like me, I have to opt out of the new collection aside from a few rider essentials here and there. It’ll still cost me an arm and a leg, but it’s worth it knowing what it supports.
I will keep you guys posted as usual on what I grab, but until then happy shopping the new collection!!
