A long time ago I discovered stores like Ross Dress for Less, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx and Home Goods all had name brands I was used to and desired at a discounted rate. I quickly began spending an unbelievable amount of time hunting through their stores for the best deals and man have I gotten lucky.

I find things left and right that capture my attention like this 1920s flapper lamp above I found one cycle. If the shade was on right and the lamp worked 110% she might’ve come home with me.

While I usually walk out with small odds and ends, there are times I walk out with huge pieces from them. Turbo, B, my family, and I are all spoiled by these stores from time to time.

Now that COVID-19 has hit, they are pushing out insane amounts of stuff from the bins that were trapped in distribution when everyone went “WFH” or work from home. So chances of finding a bargain or something unique and special is very high.
