Back in June of this year my sweet little bicolored domestic shorthair kitty celebrated his fourth birthday.

I made sure to gather things for weeks before his birthday actually hit. It was always a goal of mine to be the best pet parent I could be, even if that meant rehoming some animals that ended up not fitting into life’s plans for me.
That being said, I had chosen Turbo the day he was born and the news was dropped on me that Coco had had kittens.
We’ve been through thick n thin and this is my best friend, fierce “protector”, and my lovey. When I call him that he purrs and spoons with me. He’s been my main inspiration for my career with animals and he continues to impress me with his ability to learn.
As of now, my little four year old knows how to target, sit, he can do a targeted spin, he can open doors, slide doors, fetch consistently and wear a collar and harness like a pro.

This year after all was said and done, Turbo got a collection of 5 types of treats for his container and for training. He got a small filet of tuna from Whole Hearted and he gobbled it up nearly as fast as he did the one from Japan back in 2019. I was so happy to know he had a local option in that form of treat!!
He got a new scratcher in the shape of a fish to match the rest of his fish themed gifts. He got two cans of fishy food, catnip to enhance the senses and lots of love from me. I made sure his litter box was fantastically clean, I tidied his living space and I made sure he felt like a king on 6/22.
I can’t wait to see what his fifth birthday looks like in Arizona!! 🏜
