Roeckl Lisboa Bling Glove || 2023

Welcome to another Grey2Bay post!! Today we are discussing a pair of my favorite riding gloves, and how I have used them for my horse activities.

Since 2019 I have had these gloves, the Lisboa Roeckl’s. They are just about the same glove as my Millbrook Leathers pair, except they dont have any tech friendly fingers. They feature a beautiful eye catching Swarovski design on the top of the hand, a velco closure, elastic wrists and an incredibly soft feel. Over time, my fingers have worn down enough that I can use them on my phone successfully, but like I mentioned they aren’t meant to be phone friendly. Priced at $79.95 these are a splurge, so be ready to weigh the pro’s and con’s of every glove before hitting checkout.

These gloves have been with me as I figured out how to ride properly on Capone, and now they help me train Cayenne back into the dream horse he is. I have left them in my pockets in the wash and they have come out like new. I would recommend a lingerie bag and or a gentle cycle for these gloves, or just opt to wash them by hand. If they didn’t have the special bling I would say, just chuck them in your standard washer. Obviously they made it and were like new, but it’s not worth the risk when it comes to bling.

These have an average rating of 5 stars on SmartPak, and they are well worth the hype. They are schooling friendly, trail gloves in a pinch, or they could be your go to show gloves. Seeing as I am a blingy girl I opt for them at any occasion, but there is a normal version if you want a pair without bling. They are the Roeck-Grip Gloves and they are $59.95. Overall, Roeckl makes great gloves, find them on Smartpak or any official retailer. If I hadn’t won my Millbrook Leather ones in a giveaway, I would’ve been a Roeckl girl only for life.
