1 Tube Orange or Purple Icing
1 Handful Hershey’s Kisses
10 Chocolate Striped cookies
Sprinkles*

Flip cookies over so chocolate is up, add an orange circle and push a kiss in the center so you can see the orange ‘ribbon’ on the hat. you can leave as is or add a bow as shown. For some “sparkle” add sprinkles while wet. They’ll stick better that way. If you are lucky, use Girl Scout Samoa’s, enjoy!!
