If you guys have been following my journey for a long time, you know I have a collection of small bridle and halter charms. My collection started a long time ago with a single gold stone charm, and became a huge thing later.
My Charmed Horse became my go to purchase almost every month it seemed like. Unfortunately, I got into a hard spot with bills and cost of living, and had to make some cut backs on spending. My Charmed Horse became one of the necessary sacrifices sadly.
I still have all my charms, and man do I treasure them. Even during my dry spell I did purchase a single chili pepper for Cayenne. He’s Mr Spicy so I had to get a charm just for him. One of the many keepsakes I’ll have for him.
That being said, I bought a necklace at work with the full intention of turning it into a charm for a bridle or halter. The company that makes these necklaces is “Zad”. They have a whole collection available for wholesale, which is why we have it at work. We have six different celestial moths on chains to choose from. It was the last of its kind on the rack and in the back inventory, so naturally I had to get it. Something about all phases of the moon being on top of the wings, and the lovely old school Tiffany blue just called to me.

It was a quick fix. I took the necklace clamp off, took the pendant off, and secured the clasp to the pendant ring. Now I have a moth to carry with me wherever I ride!!
Tell me what you’d pair with this charm. Any base layers, saddle pads, browbands and more, leave them below. You know me, I need a full OOTD to match this charm. Until the next one, thanks for reading!!
