Today I picked up another round of Bronco Fly Spray with Citronella scent, but I have another horse spray on the way and I will be inserting my photo when it arrives..
I’ve had my eye on the Purvida Conditioning Spray since I started following Eyes Up, Darling. She uses this product religiously on Lex, and he always looks amazing. The website says the spray will leave your pony/horse feeling soft, shiny and smelling great. My reason for grabbing this coat spray as opposed to the Sport Horse Essentials one is because they put vinegar in their formula and it (in my very honest opinion) ruins the amazing fragrance of the natural oils they use to make their spray. As for this spray it has Coconut Oil in it for moisturizing purposes, Vegetable Glycerin for cleaning and skin protecting purposes, and Witch Hazel to aid in healing of minor scrapes and some fungi. Witch Hazel will also help with sun bleaching which is what I’m most excited for on Capone’s coat. One $20 bottle has 16 floz of product in it from concentrate you’ll mix yourself. They recommend you use the spray daily to help with all the benefits and to ensure it works.
I haven’t found that the spray works well on Capone hock sores, but his coat looks amazing, Capone doesn’t cough or sneeze when you spray it and I love supporting small businesses.
